My child really liked the bike and confidently got on and rode. The only issue is that the set didn't include the decorative cap for the screw on the training wheels.
High-quality and lightweight bike, my daughter liked it.
Very solid bike. The main advantages for me: light weight, nothing is loose, smooth ride. This bike is awesome.
Excellent bike: stylish, reliable, comfortable riding position. Training wheels are included. Assembly isn't the easiest or fastest, but everything follows the instructions — it feels like you're assembling a real piece of machinery. But I have a big issue with the delivery: the box was torn and had been opened! When buying an expensive product, you expect the packaging/delivery quality to match. We picked it up from the collection point at our own risk. Fortunately, all the parts were there, so I didn't take off a star.
Very positive impressions of the bike! Packed securely: every part is wrapped in foam polyethylene, then everything is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in corrugated cardboard. The bike arrives assembled; you only need to adjust the handlebar, turn and tighten the brakes, and if needed install the accessories such as training wheels, basket and bell. The only issue is that the bike arrived without a kickstand. The seller is in touch and actively trying to resolve it. I won't lower the rating for this, but I'll update the review later once it's resolved. I also want to mention the color. We bought the bike for our daughter and were pleasantly surprised: it's not just beige, it has a pearlescent sheen. It looks very delicate and my daughter is delighted. The saddle is comfortable and soft. The basket is roomy and the mounting straps are secure. The grips are made of soft silicone and pleasant to the touch. The pedals have reflectors. Delivered on time. A very late update: the kickstand issue was resolved; the seller sent it separately, which says a lot about their reliability and integrity.

The child is happy and really likes it.
The bike is well packed, everything is intact, and it looks elegant. We haven't assembled it yet because we're renovating the house and don't have space at the moment. The child will be happy. THANK YOU!
The bike itself is good. My only complaint is about the courier delivery service, which delivered the bike box in this condition, resulting in several fasteners being lost. Thankfully they're not unique and are easy to buy. Assembly was difficult because the assembly instructions were for a different bike model, and I'm not an experienced cyclist. There was also confusion about the contents: the instructions said there should be front wheel brackets, but this model isn't actually supposed to have them. I contacted the seller and the questions were resolved quickly.
Very beautiful, comfortable, great bike. Everything was wrapped in protective foam and film. The child is thrilled and won't leave it alone. Definitely recommend buying it.
We ordered the Soft Pink 20-inch bike on December 6 and received it on the 16th. Assembled it. The manual/instructions are for a different model, so we can't figure out where and how the kickstand should be attached. We couldn't find a way to contact the seller. I wrote to an email address I found online, but the message didn't go through. How and with whom can we resolve this? Aside from that issue, the bike looks very good. We bought it as a New Year gift for our granddaughter. When choosing, I relied on the stated height range of 112–135 cm. We measured the child at 111 cm, and clearly by summer she'll definitely be 112. After paying, I saw the recommended age of 6–10 years, while she turns 5 in April. Of course age doesn't matter much when choosing because some children are bigger and some smaller, so height is more important information for me. Still, after assembly I started to have doubts — it seems the bike may be a bit large. We can't try it with her yet because it's a gift. Otherwise the bike is light and beautiful, perfect for little princesses.
Excellent children's bike! I spent a long time choosing and settled on this one because it was the lightest. 9.5 kg versus 13–14 kg for all the others. Easy to assemble, about 20 minutes for one person. The quality is excellent and the design is very well thought out.
Excellent bike compared with competitors; we bought it as a birthday gift for our child. The unpainted aluminum parts are polished — that's both a plus (looks very nice) and a minus (they'll get scratched to death after a while). The bike is very light. I liked the quick-release mounting for the training wheels. The unpleasant part: during transport, the bike wheel rubbed the paint off the frame around the bottom bracket area; as I understand it, this problem happens to almost everyone. There are no assembly tools in the box, BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY PUT FURNITURE CASTERS IN THE BOX — photo attached. First impressions are good. I'll update the review once we start riding.
Really great bike, excellent quality and assembly. Every part was packed and protected separately! The color is pearlescent. The only thing is that the grips and seat get dirty very easily — probably just the material.
Excellent bike, beautiful, with a pink pearlescent finish and a soft saddle. No drawbacks found.
This bike is absolutely awesome!!! If the boys see her on this, they'll be falling over themselves. My daughter liked it, she's thrilled. Most importantly, it's very light. I'll adjust it and we'll go riding. 100% recommend. Thanks to the manufacturer and Ozon. Delivered on time.
Really liked the bike. The beige version looks very stylish, so the product itself gets 5 stars from me. The downsides are related to buying online. The bike arrived very well packed, but the frame was still badly scratched in one spot. I only noticed after fully assembling it. Very disappointing. The rear wheel is also out of true. I'll have to take it to a service shop to fix it.
Wonderful bike, beautifully made, excellent quality.
